The contract
Dear Guest,
Urban 79 apartment is rented out to you for the entire duration of your stay throught a tourist rental contract. So before completing the payment, you must accept the contract and then sign it upon entering the house.

If you want, you can fill in the contract form, so that you have it already printed when you arrive.
Taxes and documents
The tourist tax of €1 per person (adults only) per day and the final cleaning of €30 are added to the price.
During check-in it is necessary to present a valid identification document for each guest, as current Italian legislation requires the registration of the related data at the Police Headquarters.
To speed up operations before arrival, you can send and an email with a form to fill out, one for each guest,
and a photo of the identification document by email to: guest@urban79.it or on Wathsapp.
House Rules
Upon entering the apartment you will find a sheet with the inventory of what is present in the house.
You must sign it, recording any shortages and/or breakages and immediately notify the host, so that he can replace and/or repair it.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
We do not have cots for children under the age of 6
Please leave the kitchen and crockery clean at check-out.
